Job description:
- Handle inbound inquiries received via IndiaMART, website, and phone calls.
- Understand customer requirements for packaging, filling, capping, and labelling machinery.
- Prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations using standard pricing sheets and machinery configurations.
- Coordinate with the technical estimation team for customized packaging line configurations.
- Maintain and update the database regularly with lead status, follow-ups, and sales funnels.
- Liaise with the manufacturing and Dispatch team to ensure timely order execution and delivery tracking.
- Follow up with prospective clients for quotation feedback, payment collections, and order confirmation.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Knowledge of industrial machinery, manufacturing terminology, or packaging equipment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent negotiation, time management, and follow-up capabilities.
