Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Engineer to ensure our products and processes meet strict quality and safety standards. You will be responsible for inspecting materials, identifying defects, and maintaining compliance throughout the production cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Perform thorough quality inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
Identify, troubleshoot, and document any product defects or deviations from required specifications.
Use standard measuring instruments and testing equipment to verify product dimensions and functionality.
Maintain accurate records of quality tests, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of proven experience in quality control within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Knowledge of industrial packaging machinery, particularly washing, filling, sealing, capping, labelling, shrinking and related packaging equipment, is preferred.
Hands-on experience with quality testing tools and measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
Familiarity with industry quality standards (such as ISO) and safety regulations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail.
