- Manage end-to-end spares procurement and outsourcing activities.
- Ensure timely availability of spare parts for manufacturing and after-sales service.
- Develop and maintain vendors for machining, fabrication, and purchased components.
- Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Stores, Service, and Quality departments.
- Release purchase orders and monitor material delivery as per production schedules.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels of fast-moving and critical spare parts.
- Evaluate vendor performance for quality, cost, and delivery compliance.
- Resolve material shortages and expedite urgent requirements.
- Prepare reports on spares consumption, outsourcing status, inventory, and vendor performance.
