  • The conveyor is manufactured or developed per GMP standards.
  • SS square pipe frame structure construction.
  • SS slat chain is used for the conveyor.
  • Conveying system to convey the product with an easily adjustable side guide.
  • The conveying system is equipped with an imported AC frequency variable drive for variable speed with constant torque.
  • A magnifying glass magnifies the image of the product in a ratio of 1:3.
  • AC variable drive for variable speed as per product size. The drive is fitted in the control panel below the conveyor.
  • Most reliable and proven components such as electrical/electronic such as AC motor, AC Drive, MCBs & relay “CE” certified.
  • Bottles come from the turn table to the visual inspection conveyor, which then passes between the magnifying glass & the lightbox, fitted on the conveyor. 
  • With the help of a large image through a magnifying glass, the bottles are checked with respect to cracks, breakages, foreign particles etc. to ensure the passing of good quality bottles for further filling process.
  • If any defect as mentioned above is found within the bottles, then the bottles are removed manually.
  • Defect-free bottles move further for further filling process.
