- Develop and improve packaging machine designs
- Prepare accurate 2D/3D drawings and engineering documents
- Use design software like SolidWorks / Creo / Inventor / AutoCAD
- Work with PDM/PLM systems for design control
- Perform basic design calculations and follow engineering standards
- Support production and R&D during prototype and manufacturing stages
- Customize designs as per customer requirements
- Identify and resolve design issues on shop floor
- Assist in innovation and new product development
- Maintain proper design records, revisions, and documentation
