- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production plans
- Check material readiness, BOQ/BOM status and follow up for shortages
- Plan machining, fabrication and assembly processes
- Allocate jobs on CNC/VMC/laser/bending machines based on load & co
- Track job progress and coordinate with design, purchase, production an
- Maintain WIP status and highlight delays or bottlenecks
- Ensure timely availability of drawings, material and tools
- Prepare machine load charts and planning reports
- Update job status in ERP and maintain planning documents
- Drive efficiency through better scheduling and workflow management
- Strong Excel skills for planning sheets and MIS
