- Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies for Non-Pharma segments (Food, Beverage, Cosmetics, FMCG, etc.).
- Identify new markets, customers, and growth opportunities in both domestic and international regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
- Coordinate with the Design, Production, and Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with customer needs.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing evaluations to support business strategy.
- Plan and participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events.
- Prepare marketing materials, brochures, and digital content in coordination with the branding team.
- Achieve sales and marketing targets as set by management and regularly report performance insights.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure effective implementation of plans.
- Proven experience in industrial marketing or capital equipment sales, preferably in packaging machinery or automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop effective strategies and execute them with measurable results.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing concepts.
