Marketing Manager – Non Pharma

Location: Chandigarh Delhi Haridwar Haryana Hyderabad Indore Maharashtra Pune Punjab
Experience: 5-7 Years

  • Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies for Non-Pharma segments (Food, Beverage, Cosmetics, FMCG, etc.).
  • Identify new markets, customers, and growth opportunities in both domestic and international regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
  • Coordinate with the Design, Production, and Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with customer needs.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing evaluations to support business strategy.
  • Plan and participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events.
  • Prepare marketing materials, brochures, and digital content in coordination with the branding team.
  • Achieve sales and marketing targets as set by management and regularly report performance insights.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure effective implementation of plans.
  • Proven experience in industrial marketing or capital equipment sales, preferably in packaging machinery or automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop effective strategies and execute them with measurable results.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing concepts.
