- Conduct in-process, pre-dispatch, and final inspection of packaging machines and assemblies.
- Inspect mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical components used in packaging machinery.
- Verify machine performance parameters as per design and quality standards.
- Review engineering drawings, BOM, and specifications to ensure inspection accuracy.
- Identify quality deviations and coordinate with Production, Design, and Purchase teams.
- Prepare QC documentation: inspection reports, NCR reports, test results, and compliance checklists.
- Conduct incoming material inspections and ensure supplier quality compliance.
- Support root-cause analysis, corrective actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO 9001, and other relevant packaging machine quality standards.
- Assist in customer FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and internal audits.
