The Automatic Rotary Bottle Washing Machine for Glass and PP Bottles consists of the main structure, rotary platform, bottle holder/cups, flow regulators, pressure meter, solenoid valve, Geneva mechanism, 2 nos. of SS tanks with pump, nozzle, electrical panel & AC motor.

  • A continuous water spray from the top shall be also provided to wash the bottles from outside.
  • The machine is manufactured or developed per GMP standards.
  • The structure is made of MS cladding with SS 304.
  • Rigid vibration-free construction for trouble-free performance.
  • The contact parts such as the washing nozzle, washing pump impeller, tanks, and cups/bottle holder plate are made of SS 304.
  • Easy to clean the base of the machine by removing the top cover.
  • The tank’s capacity is 75 liters each.
  • Specially designed SS 304 Impeller-based AC motor for pumps.
  • Pumps and tanks are mounted on portable stands for easy maintenance and cleaning purposes.

  • An individual solenoid valve is used for each wash which eliminates carbon plate and other accessories. This is to avoid leakages and minimize the maintenance ratio.
  • Individual flow regulating valves to control the flow of water.
  • Bottle guide system especially for lightweight bottles.
  • Separate panel control to avoid any short circuit due to spraying of water. 
  • SS glycerin fill pressure meter.
  • The bottles are loaded manually on the rotating indexing platform.
  • The bottles are placed in an inverted position in the specially designed bottleneck holders.
  • The process of cleaning sequence is as under
  1. Outer wash (continuous)
  2. First Internal wash (In stop condition)
  3. Second Internal recycle wash (In stop condition)
  4. Third internal wash (In stop condition)
  5. Fourth internal recycle wash (In stop condition)
  • The outer wash is a continuous process & all other washes are done in the stop condition of the rotary platform.
  • The flow of the water is controlled by individual flow regulators mounted on the body.
  • The first & third internal wash go in the drain & the second & fourth internal wash are recycled for any intermediate used for washing.
