The Semi-Automatic Peristaltic Filling Machine consists of the main structure of SS, filling pump, bottle & nozzle holding device, filling nozzle, foot switch, feather touch HMI control, motor & electrical panel. The Peristaltic Pump is a two-channel pump for use in the laboratory and extensively in industrial applications where an accurate flow rate is essential. Pumping action is done by a roller cage driven by a stepper motor. The motor and internal are almost independent of temperature. This pump has a load and line compensation circuit. The rollers are made up of carbon-filled nylon for trouble-free operation. The electronic circuit provides a constant flow rate even if there is line voltage or load variation.

  • Once the operator switch on the machine first process is to suck material from the storage bin to the nozzle end by using of start function in a clockwise direction. This facility is also useful for cleaning the filling line before the process of filling and after the process of filling in a clockwise direction and counterclockwise.
  • The operator places the product on the product/nozzle holding device manually. This product/nozzle-holding device needs to be adjusted manually for different sizes.
  • The filling starts after pressing the start button & the product is filled within the filling time.
  • The machine can also be operated by means of a foot switch, which starts the filling without any delay time. The products are filled on the basis of parameters such as fill time & rpm.
  • Once the product is filled as per the desired volume, the machine stops automatically. After completion of the filling process, the operator can remove the product manually.
