The Outside Bottle Cleaning Dryer - YY-PWQX is a high-performance external cleaning and drying system designed for 1–20 ml ampoules, vials, and oral liquid bottles. It delivers stable production at speeds of up to 600 bottles per minute. As a result, manufacturers achieve spotless exterior cleaning without slowing down production.

First, bottles enter the rough washing station through the inlet mesh belt and the large dial system. Here, four-direction warm water spraying performs pre-cleaning while integrated brushes scrub the outer bottle surface for complete debris removal. Next, bottles move into the fine washing station. At this stage, purified high-pressure water cleans the outer wall and bottle bottom from all directions. Meanwhile, recycled rinse water flows back into the rough washing tank to reduce water and energy consumption.

After washing, the bottles transfer smoothly into the hot air blowing station. This station uses advanced air heating technology to remove surface moisture from the bottle exterior. Moreover, uniquely designed air nozzles ensure multi-angle and all-round drying coverage. Then, bottles enter the compressed air blowing station, where clean compressed air removes any remaining water from the bottle wall and base. Consequently, bottles exit completely dry and ready for the next process.

The Outside Bottle Cleaning Dryer - YY-PWQX features a streamlined bottle-out process that transfers bottles directly to the next machine through the outlet track. This allows seamless integration with downstream inspection, filling, or packaging systems.

Furthermore, the machine operates with 7.2 kW total power and supports a three-phase five-wire electrical configuration. It uses optimized compressed air and pure water pressure to ensure consistent cleaning and drying quality. Despite its powerful performance, the system maintains efficient utility consumption.

The cleaning and drying process is divided into four stations:

Hot air blowing station: The bottle comes out of the water fine washing station and enters the hot air blowing station. The hot air blowing station adopts the company’s unique air heating technology, and uses the hot air to blow the water attached to the outside wall of the bottle. The air nozzle adopts a unique shape design, which can blow the water on the outer wall of the bottle in an all-round and multi-angle.

Compressed air blowing station: the bottle from the transition bottle tray is transferred to the bottle out of the bottle pan, into the compressed air blowing station, compressed air uses clean compressed air to blow the water attached to the outside wall of the bottle and the bottom of the bottle. The air nozzle has a unique shape design, which can blow the water from the outer wall and the bottom of the bottle in an all-round way.

Bottle out process: The bottle is completed by air blowing and sent to the cleaning machine through the bottle out track. Can be connected to the next process.
