How does it work?
The Offline Pressure Leak Check Machine is the perfect solution for testing 100 ml to 1000 ml IV/ Intravenous Fluids Bottles and Bags with an output speed of 70 to 80 HDPE Bottles per minute. The machine features a stainless-steel slat chain conveyor on both the top and bottom sides. The process begins with loading IV bottles or bags onto the conveyor. As they move through the machine, the bottles or bags pass between the top and bottom slat conveyors, where pressure is applied, and defective bottles or bags are separated. The leak-free bottles and bags continue the packaging processes like labelling, flow wrapping, or cartoning.

  • The machine is manufactured or developed per GMP standards.
  • SS square pipe frame structure.

  • Adjustable height of the conveyor belt to align with other machines of the line.
  • Specially designed timing pulley roller with self-aligned bearings for longer life of the conveyor.
  • A tension mechanism is provided to adjust the belt tension.
  • Bottom conveyor with PU –timing belt (5 mm thick) with single track.
  • Drip tray under the conveyor.
  • Drain tub under the machine platform.
  • The pressing area is partially covered with acrylic.
  • The feeding area for the bottom conveyor should be 1mtr. Open.
  • The top conveyor length should be a minimum of 0.5mtr.
  • The width of the top belt should be 50 mm.
  • The thickness of the top conveyor PU–timing belt coating should be 5 mm thick.
  • Any steady part should not touch the bag.
  • The slop at the entry side of the top conveyor should be as long as possible
  • Scale provided at top conveyor adjustable system.
  • The rod support guide can be removable.
  • Each bag should be pressurized for a minimum of 0 to 2 seconds.
  • Pressure while operation should be 0.3 to 0.5 bars for bags.
  • AC variable drive for variable speed.
  • Usage of reliable & proven components such as motor, AC variable drive, MCB & relay “CE” certified etc.
  • The bags are to be loaded manually on the conveyor.
  • The conveyor transmits the bags for the further process for leak check as below:
  • Bags are passed with the help of top and bottom conveyors under pressure of 0.3 to 0.5 bars.
  • During this process operator can visualize any leakage.
  • The operators remove the leaked bags manually.
  • After the process of leak testing the bags are transferred for further processing.
