The BFS High Voltage Discharge Leak Detector - BFS delivers fast, accurate, and fully non-destructive leak detection for BFS plastic ampoules arranged in rows from 2ml to 15ml. Built for high-speed pharmaceutical production, it ensures 100% online inspection with exceptional sensitivity and reliability. The workflow starts with a smooth feeding system. A bottle inlet belt and an acceleration belt move products onto the testing belt with precise positioning. As each row enters the detection zone, the system applies high-frequency and high-voltage discharge technology. It tests the integrity of every ampoule in real time. The machine detects leaks by analyzing current changes between qualified and unqualified products. As a result, manufacturers achieve fast and accurate leak detection without damaging the packaging. Moreover, the system inspects the head, middle, and melt seal areas. Specially designed electrodes match the exact shape and position of each product. Electrode layout

  • Both positive and negative electrodes shall contact the drugs or have a very close distance (2-3mm), and the distance is adjustable, to facilitate a stable detection loop during use.
