The Shandong Hawk Eye BFS joint leak detection machine is based on the Nica, Japan joint plastic ampoule leak detection machine, discharging detection samples through high frequency and high voltage, and distinguishing through the current value change of qualified and unqualified products.

Comprehensive detection mainly detects the head, middle and melt seal. The key technology for row detection accuracy is to detect the corresponding angle and position of the electrodes for each product. Shandong Eagle Eye designs detection electrodes for different shapes of each product. The detection accuracy is more guaranteed.

Electrode layout

• Both positive and negative electrodes shall contact the drugs or have a very close distance (2-3mm), and the distance is adjustable, to facilitate a stable detection loop during use.
• There is enough distance between the positive and negative poles to ensure that the positive and negative poles are not directly connected when testing.
