YY-HZDJJ-SD lamp detector adopts SD light developed by Shandong Eagle Eye

The fiber-cutting optical technology can detect movable foreign bodies, and the false detection rate is low. The product to be inspected is first rotated at high speed to drive the foreign body to rotate. The brake stops the bottle from rotating, while the contents of the bottle continue to spin.

Tthe fiber passes through the bottle and is picked up by a sensor at the back. Movable objects can cut through optical fibers and be captured. The inspection process is continuous, rather than intermittent photography.
