  • Output: 80 TO 100 CPM, considering a 3 ml cartridge.
  • This machine is fully automatic & based on PLC-controlled operation. The sequence of operation is as under.
  • Once the operator starts the machine, he needs to do homing in the machine so all operation comes to the home position.
  • Before starting the machine, the operator has to load cartridges on the wire-mesh conveyor, and then the machine should be started in auto mode. With the help of a back load of cartridges, it will transfer to the infeed star wheel through the infeed worm.
  • Then the cartridges will be transferred to the main star-wheel for the rubber stoppering station, then the cartridges will move further at the filling station for the filling process, then the cartridges will move further.
  • Then cartridges will arrive at the cap sealing station where the cap will be picked through the chute, then it will move further at the sealing station where cartridges will be sealed by using a special design spring mechanism jaws.
  • After that, filled & sealed cartridges will move further at the outfeed collection tray with the help of the outfeed star wheel and the outfeed worm.
