detecting printing defects, such as blurred printing, print leakage, and poor engraving—common challenges in traditional inspection.YY-JPDJJ-02 maintains a
clean and contamination-free environment, as powder leakage during inspection does not affect surrounding capsules. When paired with a vacuum feeding system, the machine enables
fully unmanned and automated operation, significantly reducing labor dependency. Equipped with a
high-speed industrial computer and precision CCD cameras, it runs stably for
24-hour continuous production and processes up to
200,000 capsules per hour.The tester supports
round tablets (5–12 mm diameter, 2–8 mm thickness) and
irregular tablets (5–12 mm width, 5–21 mm length). It inspects all surfaces—
front, back, and sides—and detects defects as small as
50 microns. With an inspection speed of
2,500–5,000 pieces per minute, light brightness of
≤3000 LX, and power of
