The Semi-Automatic Two Head Filling Machine consists of a main structure, product holder, hopper for filling material, piston, filling nozzle, foot-operated switch, electrical panel, motor & mains ON/OFF.

  • The switch (foot or Auto/Manual mode) is then operated to start the machine.
  • The piston actuates & the material is sucked from the hopper and delivered in the product through a nozzle.
  • Once the product is filled as per the desired volume, the operator can remove the products manually.
