Eye Drops Automatic Rotary Lamp Visual Inspection Machine - YY-HZDJJ-600X

The fully automatic lamp inspection machine employs machine vision technology and automation control principles. It uses mechanical methods to make the inspected products rotate at high speed and brake instantly. It adopts a special light source system and ultra-high-speed precision industrial cameras to obtain a series of images of the inspected products. It uses the intelligent image processing algorithm software system independently developed by the company to compare, calculate and analyze the images, completing the inspection of the products. The substandard products detected are removed by the actuator of the automatic control system.

This series of equipment is mainly composed of the following parts.

1. Bottle feeding section: The inspected products are conveyed by the bottle feeding conveyor belt to the bottle feeding turntable and then to the inspection rotating platform.
2. Inspection section: The inspected products rotate at high speed and are inspected by multiple special light sources, forming multiple images for comparison and identification by the processing system.
3. Bottle discharging section: After inspection, the inspected products are conveyed by the bottle discharging turntable and the qualified and unqualified products are respectively introduced into the bottle receiving tray by the swing arm rejection method.
