The bottles are loaded manually in a vertical position on the conveyor from where they enter into the in-feed screw they are inverted on the inverter screw and taken for the cleaning system. As soon as the bottles are passed over the ionized air nozzles, this ionized air spray blows to clean and neutralize the static charge. This affected the particles present in the bottles. These particles are sucked away by applying a simultaneous vacuum to the blower.
