Service & Support:
Install, commission, and maintain packaging machinery at customer sites.
Provide prompt technical support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Train customer staff on machine operation and upkeep.
Coordinate with the head office/technical team for escalation of complex issues.
Other:
Prepare service reports, sales activity reports, and customer feedback.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely response and professional support.
Travel extensively within the assigned region for sales and service activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering.
2–5 years of relevant experience in sales/service of industrial machinery (packaging or similar industry preferred).
Strong technical knowledge with hands-on troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across multiple locations.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
