The operator places the product manually under the Pinhead filling nozzle.
The desired volume is set by adjusting the piston stroke. The piston stroke can be achieved by adjusting the knob & the flow rate can be controlled using an airflow control valve depending on the viscosity of the material.
The switch (foot or Auto/Manual mode) is then operated to start the machine.
The piston actuates & the material is sucked from the hopper and delivered in the product through a nozzle.
Once the product is filled as per the desired volume, the operator can remove the products manually.
