- Coordinate with customers and the sales team to manage inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.
- Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and other sales-related documents accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales trackers, and reports in coordination with the sales department.
- Follow up with clients regarding pending quotations, payments, and order status.
- Coordinate with the Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and other documentation required by the management.
- Handle routine correspondence and support sales executives during client visits, exhibitions, or demos.
- Support the marketing team with lead generation and initial client communication if required.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination (preferably in machinery).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
