The Multihead Weigher operates by efficiently distributing and weighing products like dry fruits to achieve precise target weights. The process begins when the product is fed into the weigher and dispersed to pool hoppers. As soon as a weigh hopper empties, the corresponding pool hopper drops the product into it. The weigher’s computer then calculates the product weight in each weigh hopper and selects the combination closest to the target weight of 5 grams. The selected hoppers open, releasing the product through a discharge chute in bottles. Dispersion methods include gravity, vibration, or centrifugal force, while feeding mechanisms may use vibration, gravity, belts, or screw systems.
Dairy product packaging, such as flavoured milk, lassi, and other liquid products requiring food product mixing, drives the demand for the multihead weigher machine. A well-engineered distribution system enables you to combine the speed and accuracy of multihead weighing with precise, splash-free product delivery into trays.
